Shipping FAQ/Price

Difference between TRACKED SHIPPING and POSTAGE. 

POSTAGE:

- I use the postal service for only New Zealand and Australia customers - these can take 1-4 weeks depending on location and country. These are not tracked envelopes and are sent via the postal system using stamps. There is a risk of an even more delayed delivery time or potentially getting lost in the mail. *I have only had this instance occur once in the last year - its uncommon however it can happen*.

 If you do not wish to have this risk - tracked courier is an option!

TRACKED SHIPPING:

- For domestic shipping - I will be using NZPOST. 

- The prices you see at the end of your payment order - are all AT COST shipping rates. This includes fuel surcharges etc..These prices are yes, very high. And I wont be making any profit of this - however I see you guys all over the world reaching out for my prodcuts and I am trying my best to find a way to make it work. 

- My idea would be to place a group order with friends and to split the shipping costs evenly. 

- I will be using DHL as my shipping service. They will have a tracking number and a quick turn around on delivery times. (7-10days to USA/Canada) And even quicker for Australia! 

PRICE:

• AUSTRALIA - $35.00NZD 
• US/CANADA - $65.00NZD
• UK/EURPOE - $72.00NZD

Please note that these prices are only for packages in weight of 0.5kg-2kg. And with anything exceeding that - price will vary and additional charges will be made.
